• Production Process: Engines lathes to the latest CNC trainer lathe, Milling machines (Universal and CNC), Grinding Machines, Shapers,(Cylindrical and Tool Cutter), Drilling Machines, Gear Hobbing Machine, (Surfcoder (Japan) for Surface finish Measurement).
• Thermal Engineering: Heat Transfer equipment, IC Engines, Steam Boilers and turbines. Refrigeration and air conditioning test rigs.
• CAD, CAM and Modeling: Design softwares such as ANSYS, AutoCAD 2006, NISA, CATIA and MASTER cam (U.K) for offline part-programming.
• Metrology and Measurements: Displacement (LVDT), Stress, Strain, Pressure, Temperature and Vibration Measurement, Straightness and Flatness measurements (Autocollimeter), Determination of Time Constants (Thermocouples).
• Metallurgy: Twin polishing discs, Metallurgical Microscopes, Hot air-ovens. (Box type), muffle furnaces.
• Dynamics: Vibration (Damped and Undamped), measuring devices Balancing, whirling of shafts, gyroscopic couple verification, bearing (Journal), CAM motion analysis, Governors, Frequency measurements, spring systems and Stiffness measurements.
